What To Expect
Areola tattooing is often covered by insurance companies.
Most patients have very minimal discomfort even before the use of topical lidocaine anesthetics.
Tattooing can be done as soon as 90 days after surgery. Healing time is approximately one week.
Patients participate in size and color selection and placement.
